News and Tidbits

It's Tax Credit Time!

It's that time of year again to make your tax credit payments. You can make donations to any of the schools, with a multitude of groups, clubs, and teams to choose from. You want your money going to THS music, HCS wrestling, WJM student council, or just the general fund at any school? You can even split it up between clubs or even schools. We can make that happen for you. Check out the enormous list of the acceptable groups that would be so grateful to have a few extra dollars for much-needed items. 100% of your money goes directly to the students and you get it back when filing your AZ State taxes. View the tax credit donation form.

Watch for this New Peach Logo!

Peachjar icon

Beginning on January 6, Tombstone Unified School District will begin utilizing PeachJar, digital flyer management. You will now receive school flyers via email. No need to open the attachment. Open the email, and it's all right there. This will go to every parent email we have on file, as well as the peach icon that will be on the website. Flyers will include everything from open houses, to school dances, to school programs, to PTO meetings, and many, many more. If you are unsure if we have your email, call the school or the district office and we will make sure for you. This is just another way we are looking to inform you of what is happening in the district.

    Second Quarter Events

2nd quarter is winding down and brings a lot of fun events. Make sure to check out the calendar to find out times and locations for all! We have a basketball tournament, sports banquet, science fair, Christmas programs, high school soccer, boys and girls basketball, middle school sports, make and takes, and most importantly, what all the kiddos have been waiting for, Thanksgiving and winter break! Check it out and come support the great kids at TUSD.
