2021-2022 School Year
The school year is already one-fourth of the way over. Time is surely flying! Upcoming breaks include:
- Veterans Day - November 11
- Thanksgiving Break - November 22–26 (yes, the whole week)
- Christmas Break - December 20–January 3
Make sure you view the calendar as all end-of-semester events are listed.
If you haven't done so, please log into ParentVUE to update your student's information for the 2021–2022 school year. Did you know you can send a message and enter your student’s absence via ParentVUE? Just click the "Report Absence" button after logging into ParentVUE, choose the date, and select the reason from the drop-down box. Please make sure to leave any notes applicable in the “Notes” box as well. Don't forget that with ParentVUE, you can check your child's current grades, see and print report cards, see all messages that have been sent to you from teachers or office staff, and see all attendance, health information, and all student information. If you don't have a ParentVUE account and would like one, please call your school and we will get you set up.
For the 2021–2022 school year, all TUSD students will eat for free! Yes, there will be no charge for meals at all three of our sites. Please read our food services letter for July 27, 2021, for full details. THS students, please note this is for the full meal only, and there will be a charge if ordering an a la carte item. The TUSD Food Services department will be releasing the list for those items soon. New and exciting things are coming from food services this year. Stay tuned!
TUSD mask usage is currently optional, we are still vigorously disinfecting and sanitizing all campuses and district vehicles.
This year TUSD will not be offering the remote education option.
Be sure to check back soon for updates!
See you soon!
Annual Title I Presentation
Every year, the Arizona Department of Education requires that we share information about how we use our Title I money. This annual Title I meeting presentation explains how TUSD is serving its students and families. At the end of the presentation, you will have an opportunity to leave feedback. Thank you for participating in your child's success.
